I did have that problem snacking too much for the first month or so, and didn't feel enough restriction. Now, however, I have about 6.5cc in my band and I experience that backed up feeling in my esophogus after only about 3 bites. It takes me a few days to eat a normal meal, and most of the time I just give up eating because it is rather painful. It sounds worse than it is I think. I don't mind the restriction on eating, it just means the more weight I'll lose.
