I'm just starting, but I plan to at least get my arms done. My stomach and boobs will be horrible I'm sure, but they can be covered with spanx and a good bra. BUT my Dad just told me he would pay for me to get the loose skin removed. Best dad EVER!!! lol -

You are still within a normal weight range, but you know yourself best. I'd call your surgeons office and see what they have to say.

Did your doctor give you a list? What were his guidlines? I get to have Protein shakes mixed with milk, juice or Water, and any 0 calories/caffeine drinks -

For me the whole process took 3 months. My surgery date is jan. 26th. I have a timeline on my blog if u want to check it out! As far as approval for the actual surgery, it was 2 or 3 days. Good luck! -

Lap-Band or Realize Band?

My surgeon generally uses the Realize Band. I think they are both equally good. -
