OMG!!! You look amazing, This gives me the inspiration I need. I have been struggling for the last few months and have been having second thoughts. But After seeing your amazing transformation. I am ready to get back on the bandwagon. Care to share best practices: eating habits, portions, diet?????

Thank you so much for the comment! My starting weight was 280 and right now I weigh about 187. Right now my goal is 170 but it depends on what it looks like when I get there. You can message me for tips but small portions several times a day and in the gym is what I do!

thanks for the photo comment. I work out an hour a day five days a week. I bellydance and do water aerobics as well as use the treadmill and elipitcal machine. I rotate fish, beef, chicken and pork for all meals. When i cook dinner, i cook enough to have some for lunch the next day. I do everything my doc asks me too! Giggle! I am loving the results, why mess that up?
