Hey i have been on my liquid diet for 7 days now when i get my band it will be 9 days it hasnt been as bad as i thought it would be i have lost 10 lbs not much but more than i expected i would have to say that today has been harder than the last 6 i guess becouse i know that thursday is almost here and i just want a normal meal lol i will keep you updated!!so when do you get you band done? Do you have to start a clear liquid diet tomorrow? The 800 calories per day hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be, but I m a little nervous with all liquids. Just wondering. Again Good Luck!!! I can't wait to get through the next six weeks.
