Yes, I'm still in K-town area. I use DR. Schultz from ST.Johnas krakenhaus the number is 06371-84-2301 you can check with tri care but he is used by the military community. I think its around 100 Euro for a fill maybe a bit less and he does great one stick and fill and it has never hurt less pain than drawing blood.
