I can't start till Wednesday! My daughter has to leave town tomorrow on business and they are taking balet pictures in makeup and costume at 6pm for my granddaughter tomorrow. I have to put her hair up etc. I will start on Wednesday--I promise I'm not chickening out. I got to 50 pounds off Saturday--so I'm feeling psyched up and ready to try new things. Betsy, would it be uncomfortable for you, if I show up at OA on Tuesday? Just the few things you said about it helped me already I think.

My plan is to come. Did they have plenty of sizes of PJ's? I'm worried they won't fit--kind of like the mother of the Groom dress:) Did you try them on?

Hey thanks Barb! I needed that. I'll try to get by and get my black PJ's too. Humble City Cafe sounds like a nice change of pace and it's dark in there--maybe no one will notice we are dressed in PJ's:)

HA! I found that cleaning ladies help me to get rid of collectables really quickly. I think I shall bring them in before the big move. Great way to get rid of clutter:) And yes I did celebrate with food. I guess it's the thing I like best--how sad. Maybe I should just stop weighing. FAT CHANCE!

OK friends. I need empathy or sympathy:( I finally reached 49 pounds lost yesterday! Great--right? Then I ate bad stuff all day. I was afraid to weigh this morning and to top it all off, I didn't go to exercise this morning. Any answers out there? PS Barb said she wouldn't be able to meet this coming Monday but that was before we thought up Tai Chi. Betsy, did you get the outfit? I know Barb said she was going to get it Saturday.

Are yall both buying a uniform? I was hoping we could just wear loose clothing. Still trying to decide if I can commit to Tai Chi now or if I should wait till next month. I want to walk too, don't forget about me.

I like your new eating plan. I want that to work. Did any of you happen to catch Oprah today? She had a lady that used to weigh 550--had gastric bypass--lost 270 or something like that. She wrote a book on what happens after you lose weight and about how the food issue never goes away. She also talked about substituting another habit for food--hers was stealing.

Betsy, that's fabulous. Did you feel full after 5 bites of chicken and 2 bites of veg's? Is that because of restriction? By the way, I was thinking of another fill. I'm 2.2 the last time. Do you think you are still at 3.0? I'm interested in Tues nite meeting now.

Ouch. Barb just returned my call and said it was tonight that we were meeting. She reminded me of the conversation we had about April being so long and that we changed the times to every other Monday. She said Dick was already there so she was going. I guess I'll pass on this one because I'm not really dressed to go. How about you?

Oh....1st and 3rd not every other. Whew! I just tried to call you and Barb. Ok. I got info on the Tai Chi in Humble and I was going to bring it tonight. He thinks twice a week is best but we can do once if we want. 2 times a week for a month is $85 1 Time a week is $55 per month. The times are Mon. & Wed 5pm to 6pm another class on Wed at 7pm and another Fri 8pm and/or Sat 12noon. He didn't tell me there was a registration fee, but on the paper he gave me indicated $20. His web site is www.WangsMartialArts.com. It is cheaper than the yoga classes in Kingwood, but not much.

Betsy, I just looked back at the posts and saw on 4/11 Barbara said see everyone on Monday. Which would have been 4/16. Were we meeting every other Monday? That would be today 4/30. What do ya think?

I didn't even get close to my assignmet today, but I found a "stand by" dress for the wedding...still looking for a better one. I may have to miss the meeting Saturday too. I find out tomorrow. 24 hours fittness would be ok if they just had Tah chi--I'm going to go by that other place tomorrow and see what I can find out.

I had a delayed reaction once before with bread--kind of a bad surprise. But that was great food! I like it when we try new places. I'm game for Saturday morning to see how they approach the issues. I will start on my assignment tomorrow also. We are going to make this journey fun!

Thanks for missing me Suzanne. I wasn't sick, I had a little emergency with my granddaughter--just needed a ride--no one else available for the poor little thing.
