Thanks for posting on my pic. I don't really know if it is a key but what I have done is watched what I eat ( which at times can be hard) and I work out 2 times a day 5 times a week. I don;t drink soda nor eat any kind of fried food. I use to be the fried food king thats all I would eat thats why I jumbo up to 416. Now I don't miss it and don't really crave it.
