well since you havent been banded yet your hair prolly wasnt falling out. so you may never see a difference. i just had tons falling out and saw a difference bc it stopped.. of course some still falls out but nothing compared to what was.. soo any biotin should be fine. im taking a high dose just bc my hair loss was bad. u should be fine with a lower dose
