    Mayo Banditos / Friday Weigh In !!!!

    So the day after T-day!!! And I am the first to write! I can't believe I actually went down 11/20 186.6 11/27 185.8 -.8 I'll take it. I have been fighting 186 for most of the month! And now I have broken into 185. I am contemplating getting another fill but I still have restriction if I eat too fast. I know it's the fact that I need to excercise.... cuz I don't AT ALL! I am also noticing that I use this weigh in as a blog/confessional sometimes. So sorry that I am rambling. Hope all had a great T-day!!! Now I am off to vacation this Monday for a week cruise! I am bringing my walking shoes for that!

    Last week 187 This week 186.4 -.6 this week. I think I am starting to slow down. Was hoping to put off getting a fill till AFTER the holidays, but I'll wait and see. May get an early xmas present! Happy Friday all!

    Happy Friday... Last week 188.4 This week 187 -1.4 I was down more yesterday but I had crackers and I'm learning that any kind of carb sits much longer than when I stick to mostly protein. But those crackers hit the spot cuz I rarely eat them. Moving forward to a NEW week!! Hope all are doing well!!

    I haven't been on here in 2 weeks! So much has been happening! I sold my house, found a new house and now am in the middle of moving and having a garage sale! UGGH!! But I try to be 'good' and I do weigh myself everyday. 10/2 194.4 10/9 193.3 10/16 192 Slowly moving! As long as it's MOVING! Happy weekend everyone!

    B - Pure Protein (PP) CnCream Shake, 2 pcs bacon L - chix salad, filling from a lean pocket pepp pizza and watermelon D - Bobs Big Boy "Larger than the bun" chix sand, hold the bun... ate only 1/2 with lettuce, mayo & pick D1 - Skinny cow ice cream cone

    Last week: 197.4 This week:197.8 Was acutally down to 196 on Monday but I went out with friends Monday night and had ONE drink! BAM, been gaining all week! I hardly ever drink. ONE DRINK! UGGH! Oh well, keep on truckin'! Have a great weekend all!

    B - MM CnC L - 2 oz trip tip, 2 tsp PB w/ honey D - 6pcs orange chicken, 1/4 c gnocchi D1 - WW sundae

    B - MM CNC shake, 2 pcs bacon S - Trader Joe granola bar L - Lean pocket 1/2... then ate the filling of the other half! D - Woodranch Grill! 1/2 dinner roll, 2 oz tri tip, some Mashed potatoes and some broccoli. Split the dinner with a friend, she ate all of hers, I had A LOT of left overs. Amazed at how much less I eat now! D1 - Choc w/ caramel squares.... that was bad!

    B - Skipped! L - 2 pcs baked shrimp tempura, 1 veggie nest baked D - Red Lobster: 1 biscuit (that took a while to eat!) and 1/2 lb crab legs a la carte D1 - Frozen yogurt S - watermelon!

    Saturday: B - Muscle Milk, CnCream S - 2 pcs turkey, 2 pcs provlone w/ must. pb'd though. I am SO tight in the AM. D - carne asade with rice, beans, sc & guac. Easier to eat meat if it's "lube'd" up. D1 - Brownie 'bite' and some lemon cake, watermelon.

    B - Slimfast shake. 2 pcs bacon L - Big Carl from Car's Jr. No bread. Ate one patty out of 2 and all the lettuce! D - 4 pcs of shrimp from fajitas. 1 flour tortilla, some rice/beans, guac & sc. a few chips S - 2 tsp PB w/ honey
