Hi Laura My little Band Buddie, I am doing well I am very tight. I went to my fourth fill today and just got weighed in and spoke with the NP. I am so tight I could not take a fill if I wanted one. She was ok with that. I also lost 8 pounds I am going is a GOOD downward direction. Seems every time I go for a check up I lose 8 lbs. Must be something with the number 8. I am happy and healthy. I even went for a bike ride out side yesterday it was great. I felt so active and young again. I hope all is well with you. You have been thru so much. How are you? I think about you everyday.
