Hi my Little Band Buddy, How are you? I am up early today going the work and then to the nutritionist. I am keeping my food down Thank goodness. After my fill I had such problems. I now take almost 45 minutes to eat my almost 3/4 cup of food usually protein. Then I get the fruit in about half an hour later. I am curious how you made out after your first fill? I do not get another until August 26. Just thinking about you. Kathy imaluckydog
