Hi Laura, I am in a GOOD place today. I am not much of a blogger, but it helps to keep my paws out of the cookie jar. Funny I have NOT been hungry yet, you know the REAL hungry????? I am waiting for it and it has not come yet. It is so nice to have some quiet time for yourself you do need it. Thanks for being my friend. I do feel the loss in weight.
