I've been approved by BC-BS FEP on the first try with a BMI of 39.3. They did not require any documentation although I had it all ready to go. I have hypertension plus a strong family history of heart disease. I am scheduled for June 30th but will try to get it moved up a week closer if able. Thanks for all the support on this site - I read everything and take my inspiration from all of you who have forged the way. Thanks you all!!!
