They took me up to 4.5cc on my first fill. To be honest, I didn't notice a difference for about 2 weeks after that. Then all the sudden I felt like I could eat a little bit less, but not the 3 bites you read about on this board. Then that was ok for a couple weeks and then I was hungry again. I went back this past Wednesday and he gave me another 1 cc, so I'm at 5.5 cc. I really can't tell a difference yet *SIGH* I was hoping I'd be one of those people that had this awesome restriction with just the band but that hasn't happened lol I guess it will just take me more fills. Hopefully, you'll feel better after your fill! The beginning is so hard and you seem to be doing great! Heck, I felt like crap for 6 weeks after I was banded.

Where do you work at? I work at the Escambia County Health Department. My co workers have been really supportive and that helps when you're feeling down.
