Wow! 30 pounds in a month is awesome! Do you have alot to lose? I'll be happy if I lose 60 more pounds, 80 would be awesome, but I'll be good with 60.

Mark has done all my fills. He's hilarious! I like him alot and it never hurts when he does it. I've only had 2 fills. I go back in June for my 3rd. That's really my only complaint is that you have to wait so long in between fills. Do you feel like you have much restriction? I still can eat quite a bit so I have to watch it and exercise like a madwoman! They seem pretty happy with my results at Dr. Lord's office though so I must be doing something right lol

It's nice to meet someone else in town that has the band and the same doctor. We'll have to keep tabs on one another =)
