I work at Navy Federal Credit union in the call center out on 9mile and it seems that every other person in this building has a band or has had the bypass...so we have a really big support group here ourselves. lol when I told dr. Lord where I worked and he just laughed and said jeezzz anymore referals...

I hope 4.5 does something for me....ill keep ya informed. lol

:thankyou:30lbs is wonderful im so proud of myself but it has been really really hard...I started exersizing on the elliptical machine in gym at my work as soon as they said I could like 2 weeks after surgery, I didnt have much pain at all :thumbup:...I have to lose about 100 more pounds I started at 299.5:thumbdown: and I want to be down to 170 or lower that would be wonderful...

Mark said at my post op appt that he would be putting 4.5cc on the 20th so hopefully I get some sort of restriction because I am still on mushies for another week and 2 days and I am basiclly hungry still all the time. How many cc's do you have?

It is wonderful to meet someone that has the same doctor even though our dr.s office is really busy lol... well I look forward to getting to know you and keeping tabs on each other!!! :smile2:

It went wonderful...Im not sore at all anylonger and its only been 2 weeks and 3 days!!! the only hard thing is the liquid diet that I am still on...I feel like I am starving all the time because I have no restriction yet, But I do get my 1st fill on May 20th!!! so Im excited about that!!!
