Thats awesome! I can barley run without pushing anything LOL it was hot today but hopefully this rain that we just had will cool it down somewhat for a couple days! I go "atleast" 4 times a week sometimes more lol... I have a goal of 225 by Laborday!!! Ive got 25lbs to go!!! If you ever want someone to walk with in the evenings let me know!

I will def take pictures!! and Let you know how it goes! Im excited YAAY! LOL.... That Bootcamp Kicked my butt Yesterday I was up and at'm at 530 ready to get there by 6, Now I am SOREEEE all over but it was an amazing workout!!! Im so glad that I get to do it, even if it is really early!

are you working out??? I workout like a mad woman every day... where do you live?? I just started a Bootcamp program that is Free at my church, I go to Olive Baptist church its just a bunch of girls that get togeather and workout for 45minutes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am I know its early but I did it this morning and WOW I feel it and I feel great, I am not in anyway a morning Person But I would love for you to join if you would like! anyhow Ive been working double hard since I got my band, Not eating as much, Working out, drinking A TON of water like 124oz a day, All I drink is water Nothing else...its hard but its what I want so bad is to be healthy and smaller. I would love to meet someone else that has the band as well in this area and we can work togeather and work harder to get you losing too!!!!

No you didnt tell me!!! Thats awesome! I go for my 2nd one on the 1st, still waiting. Patiently.... I found out last night that my church has a free Fitness Bootcamp every Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday morning at 6am for 45minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im stoaked about that even tho it is really early Ive been looking for one that wasnt so expensive and this one is FREE so yea im excited. lol Did you decide wether or not you wanted to do the Firecracker 5k?

Jason, I just read your thread about having to lose 100lbs before your dr. would schedule surgery and wanted to say I was very inspired by what you are having to do. just keep it up and before you know it you will be at your surgery date! good luck and keep us posted!!

I think its like 22dollars to enter in the 5k and all the proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald house that they are building....That would be awesome to have someone do it with me!! lol yea it would be nice if you had a gym right...I do weights on my arms like the butterfly machine where it does your arm muscles I really dont know the real name of the machine LOL but I find it easier to go the gym RIGHT after I get off work so that I dont have an excuse for not working out... anyhow here is the website for the 5k stuff:: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida, Inc. Im so excited to do it It will be FUN lol and HOT and Ill sweat that fat away!! HAHAHA....

don't feel bad about that the only reason I work out all the time is because I have a gym at work and I can go straight from work to the gym then I go home. I weighed yesterday and im officially down 50lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so im at 250 right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:w00t::w00t::w00t: so exciting. I wish we could bring guests to our gym but its only employees, boooo. I would love to have someone to workout with me the time goes by soo much faster when you are talking to someone. Im doing the Firecraker 5k downtown on the 4 of july you should do it with me Im walking not running in it!:thumbup:

Thats good...I cant freakin wait until this next one....I wouldnt wait 3 months again either if I were you... the weight is still comming off just not as fast Ive been slacking in the exersize dept...lol but I will be working out today and weighing in today afterwork so HOPEFULLY the scale has moved again! Ive been having trouble eating to fast and not chewing enough I really need to slow down before I get some sort of restriction or Ill be one of those people that PB every meal which I dont want to even go there. Ive only PB'd 2 times since Ive had this surgery and it was because I was eating chicken and ate it to fast.

Well the hardest has been having to do this on Willpower because ive only had 1 fill so far. the easiest is being able to change my diet all I did was throw everything bad out and start over.
