Pismo Beach is on the ocean and right in the middle between San Francisco and LA. Thnaks for the link...I think the benefit of the machine is whatever you do (movements or using the hand bands) on it but would have nothing to do with the fact that it vibrates.Anyway if we are off the couch we are doing good! I have wlked my fat little dog a little bit but really done no major exercise like some.
