Maybe a reaction to the anesthetic, some people react like this, Gas is one usual problem, Normally peppermint cordial is good for the Stomache or peppermint Tea... Wind is Normal until the Gut sttles after the Operation, any worries ring your GP... sorry not sure where ur from USA or UK ? also keep moving inbetween rests... -

Haematoma is not uncommon and is just a problem that can arise with anyone, did they ask you to wear TED stockings after the op? incase of DVT which is a risk anyone can suffer as well. Please ask any questions if I can Advise I will Help. Dawnx -

Sorry you are having Problems with the Port area, and have a Haematoma, is it a large one? this is a collection of Blood under the skin due to trauma... has is Burst ? does it hurt you? I am a Community Nurse may be able to advise you on a temporary solution , have you seen your GP?? Have you got to have another Op to resite the port? I have booked A flight from Southampton through OSOBO site with {FLYBE} and return it was about £102 all in... Best of Luck to you , good old Bag frozen Peas may Help! Regards Dawn x -

Hi My Name is Dawn I am due to have a Band by CDB on 29th May in Brussles... I obviously am apprehensive...are there any factors I should be aware of in my first 4 weeks how much will I be expected to lose I have to take off 84 lbs in all... Hope you can Help with some advice??? Dawn

Well Done! I am due to have my band in May, a little nervous and not sure of how I will fair after the op...I have quite a sensitive stomache but am hoping it may improve things.. I have 84 Lbs to lose..
