  1. Aww thank you Oh and boy do I excercise...a little slowed down right now. I just had surgery on Tues to fix a band slip (I was terribly ill with the Flu) so I'm taking it slow right now. Prior to this happening I was training 6 days a week...moving towards my 1st ever 1/2 Marathon here in Seattle. I won't be able to compete, Doc said its too soon after this little bump in the road...but I'm looking into doing the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon. Fitness goals keep me going and I'm so scared of what my "skin" would look like without working out. I do a combination of walking/jogging/elliptical/stationary bike/and weights. I goto our local YMCA when the weather here in our area is cranky. I think I have a phobia against rain...thank goodness there is a gym close by. When I start hitting plateau's (which I've had a few along the way) I really start looking at measurements...anything to keep that postive motivation going.
