Yea I would say go to the beach but with what just happened with your incision I would hold off on that! I'm down 55 lbs so far. i'm a pretty steady loser. Down 29 lbs already? Wow. That is so awesome. Have you gone down a size in clothing already? I lost so fast in my upper body and now my body is starting to shift. It's weird. I"m a size 18/20 on top and a 24 on bottom. 24's are starting to get too big on me so soon I'll be in size 22. I haven't worn size 22 in 10 years. I can't wait! It will be weird the day I no longer have to shop in the plus size clothing section. That hasn't happened since I was 15! Well have a good one. Glad your incision is OK hope it heals good for you!
