Hi Carrie. Had a great weekend. Went camping up to Silver Lake State Park. My sister's friend has a raised Jeep Cherokee and we went bahaing on the sand dunes up there. It was so much fun! My weight loss has been stalling lately. I think it's because i'm building up muscle mass because i've been walking and biking more and more. Hopefully that stops and I see some weight come off!!! How are you doing? How's your weight loss going? Did you have a good weekend?
