Hi there.. I see you had surgery not to long ago! How are you doing? I am Mary Anne and I am just waiting on incs to pre appove and then I can take that next step... Feels like its taking forever.. kinda depressing just waiting.. I have started wotking about 30 min a day for 5 days a week.. I am worried about my arm fat hanging around so I lift weights to,,, do you have any adive for pre and post op
