Oh and I went from a size 20 to a size 8! -
And I'm feeling great! I had to get my mental attitude straight before I had the surgery and I'm so glad I did. Now I teach my 30 plus nieces and nephews how to eat and exercise because diabetes is prominent in our family. I love my new life. It has been a journey... And I've only had 7 cc filled in a 10 cc band. No side effects and no fills for 3 years! Liz

MAY 2009 Bandsters - shout out!!!

I was banded on 5/15 and I'm down 12# The only thing thats gonna keep this big difference is exercize. I came home exactly the same that i went in but it started to come off fast. Remember it healthy to loose 1-3 lbs a week. -
