hang in there you can do it, I was banded in April and doing ok now as well as I should but I keep on working and looking for better ways to make this journey. will be happy to chat with you if you need help because I do and it really helps to read and get feedback.

HI Tia, my name is Ann , I was banded on 2/23/09. Sounds like you are off to a great start. I am still new at this, so I am still learning a lot. I started at 260 and am now 232 but I am slowing down a bit, maybe time for my first fill soon. Good Luck
