Up 3 pounds this week. :scared2:

I hope everyone else has a better week.

Down 2 lbs. this week. I had a fill which was too much and then went back for an unfill. Being on full liquids during that time really got me going again after 6-8 weeks of no weight loss. 1.5 lbs from NORMAL weight zone. 10.5 lbs from goal at BMI of 24. I am so happy!!! I bought a size 8 skirt a couple of weeks ago!! Loved it :thumbup:

Logging food, I find, is the bes way to get back on track. Also, varying your caloric intake from one day to the next can get you going too. My doctor tells his patients to not eat a serving of food that is over 5 gm. of surger or 5 gm of fat. It is an easy way to help keep the calories down on a daily basis without having to keep of record of total calories

Hi everyone! It has been awhile since I have been on the boards. I haven't really lost in 6 weeks. I got a fill and now need an unfill as I have too much restriction. I have 12.5 lbs to go to reach my revised goal which will put me at a BMI of 24. Best of luck to everyone. Many of us seem to be at the same point, up and down. Hang in there; I am!!

Well, I am up 2 lbs. this week. I have been hitting the Sees candy--my favorite. Ann--congradulations on the size 12. The difference between a 14 and 12 is alot visually, I think.

I went shopping yesterday and bought a size 10 pants-- much better than W18, I would say

After gaining over Thanksgiving, I am down one lb. from prior to Thanksgiving. So down 1 lb. overall :w00t:

Well, I truly had a holiday week--up 2.5 lbs. Wishing the rest of you better luck!! :thumbup:

Thanks, Ann. You are doing great too. I am struggling with being near my sweet spot. Reading everyone's posts has helped alot.

Down 1 lb. Slow but sure as I get nearer my goal. Two lbs. from my original goal. 17 lbs. from my revised goal. I must say, I'm happy!!

178#. down 2 lbs this week even though I was in Vegas!! We stayed at the Plazzo. What an awesome place. Have a great week everyone!!

A little late in posting. I was out of town this weekend. One lb. lost. 60# lost, total. 20 more to go!!

I have no change in my weight from last week. I had a refill on Thus. so will see what the scale says in a week. This is such a focused group, truly a winning group of supporters.

183 lbs. 2 lbs. lost this week I had a fill yesterday, so hopefully the hunger will be relieved, somewhat. This was my second fill. 23 more pounds to go!!

185. Down 2 lbs. Just 10 lbs from my goal. 25 lbs. from my surgeon's goal for me. I think I will try to lose the 25 lbs.

Today's weight 186.9--down 2.1 from last week. Down 53.1 lbs. overall. I have only had one fill. We will see what happens at my surgeon's appointment in October. I'm still loseing so no complaints.

Today's weight 189. Down one pound from last week. Whoopee!

Everyone is different but I am 58 and lost 50 lbs. in the first 3 1/2 months after banding including the preop diet weight loss.

2.5 lb weight loss this week. 50 lb. weight loss overall. YEA!! Glad to hear of everyone's results. Great job to all of us!!!

Everyone is doing so great!! I had a good week down to 192.5. Losing slowly but surely. 47.5# weight loss so far.

I haven't posted for a couple of weeks. I weighed this morning and am down to 196. That's 8 pounds in 2 1/2 Weeks (since my first fill).

Total loss is 44 lbs. since pre-op. I am happy. :biggrin:
