Hi Dana, Congratulations on your weight loss. I am not sure how to find stats on members ... I think it is in the "signature" in the "profile" section.

Thank you ljones4521 for your post, I am going to have my first fill with Dr. Susan Brinkley in 2 weeks. (I have to drive one hour also... to see her.)

Hello Susannah, Number of the Hungarians immigrated to the United States, Canada, Australia and many other countries, all over the globe. Too bad ... the history is not very kind to that little country and its people. I felt ... I was taking advantage of their health care system, it did not feel right to be honest with you, but I had no other choice as a self-paid. Kati is very common name in Hungary, here in the United States they call me Katie. But I still spell my name K.a.t.i., but my full name is Katalin. Béla is a nice name also. Béla originated ... I think ... from Béla III of Hungary (1172-1196). One of the most famous Béla is Bartok Béla. Bela Fleck's parents liked Bartok Béla so they named their son after him to Bela :-) I took some pictures of old Pest: http://www.flickr.com/photos/fundelupa/sets/72157594422934103/ At the time of its hayday ... a century ago..., must have been something really breathtakingly beautiful. Juliegraci, and Susannah thanks for the good wishes. Wish you the same.

Yes!, Tracyin KS... But I am bilingual, so it made it very easy for me to communicate in Hungarian. My doctor and the hospital stuff were amazing people, as the picture shows :-) A pic of Dr. Vereczkei tells a thousands words :-)

Some Questions to ask about LAPBAND

Hi All, I am scheduled for 11/20 with Johnson & Jonhson SAGB band in Hungary. The sales tax on the band is 500 dollars (in Hungary). How can I order it myself? My doctor said I can carry it myself. My residence is in the United States. -

Hello NaturalBeauty, My BMI is around 38. I have to self pay and I thought I should try my home country, which is Hungary...as I am gathering all the information on this, I will be better off financially than even to travel to Mexico. The hospital, and Dr. Csiszar excellent, they do a super job. BUT! Reading you, booda, Angelu I made up my mind to call Dr. Greene's office for a consultation before I make a decison on anything. THANKS so much! NaturalBeauty, how much do they charge for the fills? -
