Hi Laurie, that is fantastic, when was your surgury date? I last weighed in like 2 weeks ago, and I was down 30 lbs, and I haven't weighed in since, I do know i have lost 10 inches on my waist, and I am going down in size on my cloths, so that is one way to tell, but I am not big for getting on the scale all the time, I don't want to drive myself crazy checking how much weight I am loosing all the time!!! So how are you feeling? What stage are you on? Are you eatting mushy stuff yet, or just sticking to the liquids still??? Well I can tell you on Saturday I am on my 3rd month and I am still doing mushy stuff so it is a slow process!!! Just keep your head up and keep going!!!
