I noticed a fill for the first few days but then that was it. I am noticing a big difference this time. I feel like Im eating too little. I just have no desire to eat. I am taking in my protein first and trying to do all the right things. I must admit, this time I really feel as though I've had wls. I'm hoping the scales feel the same. Just keep moving forward, the loss will pick up. The Couch to 5K thing sounds great. I need to join you. I really need to join you.
