Hi all. My banding was done Feb 20. No fill scheduled until April 16. I am finding that I get hungry often. Am drinking milk w/instant breakfast with 2 scoops of protein to be sure that I get the protein I need. I had lost 4 lbs after 10 days, and then 10 lbs in three weeks. I must be eating too much, because sometimes I feel full. The one thing that I don't want to do is stretch the stomach. Any suggestions are appreciated.
