Hi - you asked me about the cost of my tummy tuck and whether insurance covered 2/3. I had my surgery in a hospital that's in kind of a hoity-toity town and the physician's office is in that town too. I wish I'd asked for a breakdown after the billing because then I'd be sure. However, she told me that I'd just be paying the difference between the panniculectomy and an abdominoplasty which she estimated was 1/3 additional cost. I don't have that same insurance anymore, so I'm unable to get the details.
