    Hi! I am starting my pre-op diet on November 20th and have surgery scheduled with Dr. Landerholm of Puget Sound Bariatrics in Edmonds, Washington on December 4th. Are there any sleeve sisters or brothers out there also scheduled for December 4th? Would love to have some buddies to check in with along the way.

    I am on a high protein/low carb diet - only 40 grams of carbs per day. It is supposed to shrink the liver. What kind of pre-op diets are you all on? I start tomorrow morning!
