Hi Ladies,
I haven't been on here in so long and thought I would update things. I am so moved to hear from all of you. I really don't have any secrets besides take your protein!!! Let your band work for you...it will do it's job if you let it. At the beginning of my band adventure I did have a personal trainer for about 6 months and that got way to expensive. I had to stop...and haven't worked out since. I have had about 7 fills. The first 5 were small...about .25 cc's...I wasn't feeling restriction and was still hungry. I wasn't in the "green zone" so at fill 6 I told my doctor I needed more and I got 1.5 cc's and that's when things changed!!! So as of today I am at 175 pounds I've never been this size in my life. I want nothing more than the same for you ladies

Surgery date is on the 15th!!! Doc isn't requiring me to be on a liquid diet before going to surgery...but God knows I don't want him to close me back up because my liver is too big!! And he said he wants me to loss some weight....I'll do what ever I have to to get to that "Big Goal"!!

Awww...Yeah..getting close. My doc isn't requiring a liquid diet before surgery...but I put myself on one anyway...he wants me to lose some more weight before I go under the knife....God knows I don't want him to close me back up because my liver is too big.... But this is just a small step I am doing to get to the "Big Goal" I can't wait for me to be healed enough to work out!! Me and that eliptical are going to be best friends!! Thanks for the pep talk! You are such a sweetie...Keep posting those pictures! You are motivation for us all!!!
