Hey you!!! I had my first consult today. I'm more confused than ever! He really has me considering the bypass! He said he would do either on me but he said I would do better with the bypass. I just don't know.. the results are so much faster it makes it hard to pass..I gotta study the bypass like I did the band. The upkeep for the band is such a turn off for me. I dont know what I'm gonna do arghhhhhhhhh!!!!!! How are you?

Hi, I also have Med Mut Plus and I'm wondering how strict they are. This 5yrs documentation, what did you use? Is that the same as the notes? They didn't care that you were under 40 bmi by the time of your surgery? I am also 5'7 and am worried about going under 40 bmi. Did you have any co-morbidities?

Hi, I have Med Mut Plus also and I was wondering what your bmi was before and after your approval? Also, did they want you to lose weight on the pre-diet? How were they? I'm worried about bmi going lower than 40 after pre-op diets thanks!

Thanks alot!!! Congrats, you are almost there! When is the big day?? Who is your ins. co? Mine is Med Mutual Plus, they require 6 mo of diet first so I have my first appt with the surgeon 4/8 and on 4/15 I see my pcp to start the diet blah hahaaha keep me posted on your progress and good luck!!!
