So I thought I'd gather as many banding friends before surgery. I've educated myself a lot, but I'm sure I can always learn more. Next Tuesday I start the pre-op diet and then the 25th I have surgery. I'm both nervous and excited I'm sure that I'm totally normal. I am a bit nervous that I'll be hungry on the pre op diet. Protein doesn't sit well always with me and I'm hoping not to have stomach issues with that either. More a grumbly tummy and such. I'd love to have as much banding support as I can..and hope to be able to share the same with others in the future... Hugs, Michelle:smile:

After having the lap band surgery, how long before you can go back to work?

Hello!! I'm very new to this site, not even 24 hours :-) and haven't even had my first class yet. Was suppose to yesterday but messed up the time so I'll try again this coming Wednesday. Anyway, I'm not sure I'm replying right but thank you all for answering my question. I work in an office too. So I should be good then. Thank you, Michelle
