ive waited 2 years for a consult with Dr.Amson....my date is finaly coming up on june 9th 09 YAY!!!! but what do you mean when you say "He will not do the surgery unless you can prove to him that you are committed to changing your lifestyle? how do you do that....i mean i want this to happen sooooo bad i would do anything for this..and do you have the number for Dr.Amson? thank you kayla 5"2= 215 pounds
