I would like to get this fills in Toronto, as I am thinking of going to Mexico for the procedure. Does anyone have any doctors name that does not charge a lot of money?

I am considering Mexico for the lapband but I cannot find a fill doctor in Toronto, Ontario that is not an outrageous price. Can anyone help? I dont have the money to get this done in Canada and I need to find a fill doctor before I go ahead and get it done in Mexico.
