Hi this is nicole.. I live in columbia,il... I have cmr ins and i have completed most of my requirements.. Still working on the 6 month diet plan.. I go to dr. Tomorrow and in 2 weeks and he said he would then write up diet plan.. I have had dietary consult/psy consult, upper gi, lung test, ekg and then echocardiograph (sp) i do not have to have6 mo. Exercize plan b/c i have my mri that i have had 2 previous back surgeries and now they want to fuse my back and put in metal cage... No thak u im only 29... Well, let me know what happens and id like to hear your story... Im going to dr.van wagner and i see him fri!!!!
