    Thanks!!! I might just have to try that...I am in better mood today...I actually woke up this morning and that entire 1.5 lbs that I gained since the first it totally gone plus another .5 lbs...This weight loss thing is so strange but as long as its going in my favor I am not going to complain at all

    Today so far: 8 oz whey protein (breakfast) 1 oz chicken salad and 5 slices of cucumbers (lunch) 20 oz orange flavored 60 oz water 1 oz chicken salad and 5 cucumber slices(lunch) 20 oz green tea 1/2 pork chop, 1/2 oz sweet potatoes and a small salad (dinner) I did my 30 minutes on my gazelle today and am glad that I made myself do that!!:clap2:

    I dont know whats going on with me...Some how since the first of the month I have gained 1.5 pounds...Sounds like I need to start working out more or something...It cant be that I need to eat less cuz I am hardly eating at all...I will get past this As far as the comments from cassandra...Teresita doesnt mean anything negative in her words...She is a very loving and caring person and only wants the best from all of us that actually commited to this bootcamp from the very beginning...Thats all that I am going to say about that cuz I am trying to work on my positive attitude this week

    Today: 20 oz orange water 8 oz whey protein (breakfast) 1/2 omlette with ham, cheese and mushrooms (left over from dinner last night)(lunch) 1 tostada(dinner) 60 oz of water (so far at work) 20 oz peach tea for my workout I shampooed all the carpets in the house today
  11. Like was said, it really depends on the person...I have 2.75 in mine and the dr said I couldnt have another fill till after I lost another 30-40 lbs...It feels like I have pretty good restriction right now if I could just stay away from snacking between meals

    Ok, I will go ahead and confess to my sins....I have been teetering on the same 2 lbs since last Thursday....But then again I have been finding and eating some snacks around the house near bedtime and they just some how find their way into my mouth...But starting today I promise no more snacks...I hate teetering around on the see saw of life

    Today: 8 oz whey protein drink (breakfast) 2 chili cheese enchiladas (lunch leftover from dinner last night) 1 breakfast quesadilla (scrambled eggs ham and cheese on corn tortillas)dinner 2 chocolate sugar free wafers (snack) 65 oz of water(so far) 20 oz of orange flavored water

    My Saturday Check In: 8 oz of chocolate whey(breakfast) 4 oz cherry whipped yogart (lunch) handfull of wheat thins (snack) 2 chili/cheese enchilada (on the extra thin corn tortillas)with a spoon of refried beans(dinner) I know that I got in alot more than my share of water today

    It is for me anyways...My life is more structured and by the clock at work..I have my cup with the oz's marked on them in my locker and I take my lunch all measured out everyday and dont have access to snacks at work..When I am at home its more like do whatever whenever instead of by a certain time like at work...Others may be opposite, Im just a nut:eek:

    Well, with being off today I didnt do to well on my food or working out 8 oz protein whey (breakfast) 1/2 slice of pizza (lunch, pb'd most of it back up) Grilled chicken salad (ate all the chicken (about 1/4 of a chicken breast) and a little of the lettuce)5 corn chips with guacamole (dinner) handfull of wheat thins (snack) as far as a workout, I did house work all day and took a nap Im sure I mostly got in all my water with my 20 oz here and there all day of green tea and peach tea...I just didnt keep track today...Its just harder to keep up with it when im not at work

    what is spring bootcamp?

    Its just a group that has gotten together and commited to helping eachother, eating right, getting in all their Water and workouts...It ends March 6th...We list everything that we eat and drink on the post "getting ready for spring bootcamp"...It has been such a good experience hearing from all the people that have joined...You ought to come and join us...There are 31 days left...Our head sgt is Teresita and she is really an encouragement for us all..The first entry on it describes what it is and the commitment...Its open to anyone and everyone that wants to join...Hope to see you there for the last month

    I will go ahead and announce my "end of bootcamp" goal...I want to be at 245 by then...I am making myself work really hard for this....I figure if I let everyone know my goal then it would be harder to get out of it...lol

    You will be feeling alot better by this time next week..I remember feeling real depressed after surgery and it lasted for a couple weeks..I was upset and wondering what in the heck I had done and almost wished that I hadnt done it...Just remember that these emotions are normal!! I also recall just sitting down and crying for no reason at all several times...I think that the body gets upset and thrown upside down from the surgery and from the drop in weight right afterwards...Its just letting you know that it still thinks its in charge and can have you anyway that it wants you...Everyone heals differently and at a different pace...Take your time and relax and heal...After you go in for your follow up and get your first fill, then its time to work and you will be feeling alot better by then too

    Aawwww, Anytime!!! Whatever it takes to get everyone back I am willing to do!!! I dont know if this is how anyone elses dr feels or not, but the last time that I went in for a fill I saw a different dr and he told me not to worry about trying to get in all of my calories..I had been trying to get in about 1000 a day and was finding myself having to snack just to get in some extra calories before bed...He told me to stay low on my calories and not to worry about it cuz thats just less that my body will have to work to burn them off...So I have been doing what he said for almost a month now and have been staying between 650-800 calories a day and doing pretty good with it and not having to worry about getting in extra food has destressed me...Like I said, I dont know if other drs feel that way or not but this one did and I lost some weight really quick afterwards

    Sometimes you just gotta be lazy and pamper yourself...I just feel like I deserve it...Its been raining all day and even snowed for a couple hours here, but nothing stuck to the ground but sure was pretty...I topped off my dinner with something extra...Since my son was diagnose with diabetes I bought him a couple snacks like wheat thins and sugar free cookies...I tried a little of both and they were outstanding...Which really isnt a good thing for me cuz now I am going to want them all the time...mmmmm:hungry:
