    I think I forgot to post that I actually called and cancelled my fill appt for Friday...I dont know why but all of a sudden for the last few days I was feeling really tight and couldnt hardly eat anything and a few pounds started coming off again so I was scared to go in and get any more of a fill after thinking about it for months...It is just so strange how the band reacts...I think that I scared it with the threat of another fill and it decided to be good for a while...So I will actually be happy to step on that scale in the morning for my weekly weigh in this time I think cuz it actually might move

    Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp

    Ok, I started working out again today...13 runs and 18 walks for me...Might take me a few days to get back to where I was when I stopped the other day, but I am working on it... 20 oz orange water 8 oz chocolate whey (breakfast) medium size salad (lunch) grilled chicken and veggies (planned dinner) 40 oz water (so far) 20 oz green tea Out of no where I started feeling restriction again so the last 2 days I have felt really tight, its strange..But I called and cancelled my fill for tomorrow to see how I do...But I am glad that I called cuz the nurse let me know that with United that we now have to have a 30 day approval period before going in for the fills...So, I told the nurse to just go ahead and schedule me for a fill in about 30 more days and if I dont need that one either that I will call and cancel it too...lol...She knows its a pain in the butt...But oh well, so I here I go working hard again trying to get back on track since I lost a few lbs and down lower than my lowest since surgery...Its kind of inspiring I guess

    Girl, if you find anything out about that let me know...I did the same exact thing...Im going to be yucky...I didnt bleed for years due to having the depo...The day after my surgery I started bleeding and it just never stopped...Well, maybe 1 day here and there...I talked to my surgeon that told me to see my ob...The ob said that it should stop on its own and basically treated my like a stupid woman...Well, my surgery was in June and I ended up in the er around Nov-Dec with it being so bad that I felt faint...So they put me on estrogen trying to control it, but it didnt help either...So I went to see my regular dr that sent me to a different ob that told me that estrogen is stored in fat cells and since i was losing fat that it had no where to to and that the depo causes too much estrogen... I went thru the testing and sonograms and everything to make sure everything was ok and of course it was except for the bleeding...Well I went in and got a non estrogen iud put in in December and here it is almost April and I am still spotting, but no where near as bad as it was...Drives me crazy...I feel your pain girl

    Well I am hiding...I am tired of my weight going up and down for the last 2 1/2 months...No measurment change at all and I am killing myself working out and didnt take a day off for almost a month until these last 2 days when I was just totally disgusted...But I have a fill coming on Friday and I hope that it will help me out!!! I need everyone to channel their energy into me!! I need all the help I can get...lol

    I just kicked back yesterday and tried to rest and enjoy myself...For the first day in almost a month I actually skipped my workout and it just didnt feel right, but I got a well deserved rest

    Ok, for my weekly weigh in...I gained back .5 a lb...Better than what I usually gain tho...So, I am back to 59.5 lbs...This 60 lbs is driving me crazy...I have been battleing it since the middle of January...I am going in for a fill on Friday and hopefully this will help me out...

    Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp

    Thats a funny comparison girl...Especially since we have one of those dang shock wires for our dogs and me and my husband we just talking about it this morning...Everytime our dogs start getting use to it being there the dang wire goes bad or something...We have had it since last summer and already had to run the wires again 2 different times...This time we just gave up and are taking it down a little at a time..But it was just funny that you brought it up today of all days...But, I dont think I will ever learn...I have good days then I have bad and on my good days I start taking advantage of the situation by eating a little bit more than I should then spend the rest of the week trying to lose what I had gained...Drives me crazy... Tonight will be another test night...I am making a breakfast bake for dinner with a little of the healthy heart low fat bisquick in it and sausage, cheese, eggs and some hashbrowns all mixed together...Its going to be an experience in its self and I know I will only be able to eat a few bites of it, but it already has my mouth watering:hungry:

    Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp

    Bread or anything basically with white flour gives me a very hard time...Those half sandwiches that I have are on the lite wheat bread and it takes me an entire 30 minutes to get it down chewing like crazy before I swollow or I still regret it...But I like the sense of being full that they actually give me which is different than alot of other things that I eat...Now with the pizza issue...We order pizza every other Thursday night for the family and I always have problems...I have gotten to where I just eat the toppings on dinner night...But friday morning I woke up and a whole piece of the thin crust pizza sounded really good to me...So after it sat in the fridge all night and got cold the consistancy of it was different and I was able to get 1 slice down with it cold..Now if I had heated it up there would have been no way that I could have eaten it cuz then the crust would have been all soft and it would have gotten stuck...I guess I was feeling kinda brave even trying it cold...Its very strange cuz some days I do just fine with something and the next day will be totally different...Its all a learning process for us all and alot of hit and miss kinda dinners for me...Last night I had shrimp and chicken from Long John Silvers and most of it went down wonderful but the last few bites came back up...I have a hard time with stopping when I should when I still have most of my meal on my plate

    cup of sugar free coffee (breakfast) lunch (skipping) 20 oz orange water 20 oz green tea 18 runs and 22 walks around the yard still working on laundry from yesterday and did another grocery run for things forgotten from yesterday

    1 slice of thin crust pizza (breakfast, i know i know) 1 medium slice of layers brownie (lunch, i know i know) shrimp and chicken and a small order of cole slaw (planned dinner) 16 runs and 20 walks around the yard (I am starting a trench around the fence) worked on laundry alot today and made a small grocery run Oh and made layered brownies for my husbands work buds today and had to taste them (if you couldnt tell) mmmm...But I am done with them now...I have been really bad today...But its very easy to get back on track..You just have to have one of those days every once in a while

    Thanks shoresexy...Im really working hard to get over my hump and hopefully my body will catch up with my mind and with the picture that I think my body should be at!! Today 40 oz orange water 35 oz water (so far) 8 oz chocolate whey (breakfast) 1/2 a chicken sandwich on lite wheat (lunch) and tonight is pizza night for the boys so I think I will have the toppings off a couple of those for dinner 14 runs and 22 walks today plus mowed the front yard in hopes it would bring the rain...guess if I really wanted it I should wash the car too, but not today

    Its our job to be here for one another and support eachother when we are down...This process is just going to take some time and adjustment on our parts...Its just finding whats right and what works for us as individuals...We are all going to be winners in the long run...Regardless if I dont lose another pound I will end up being a much stronger and healthier person in the end...Now, dont get me wrong cuz I would love to lose another 60 lbs but I am going to stop stressing like I have been and obsessing like I have been over the last couple months...I am going to take life as it comes and do what I can to make it right for me...NOW, I am sure that this post will come back to haunt me here before long when I dont take my own advice and break down in tears again

    I dont know if I made the perfect choice for dinner or not...but I had a can of cream of chicken soup and half a turkey sandwich on wheat...it tasted good, but I have heard bad things about cream of anything kind of soup...but I am under 800 calories today regardless

    Its going to be a wonderful day!!! I woke up and decided that it was time for an attitude adjustment and I am going to try to have a positive attitude today...Have some rain in the forecast till around Saturday so there will be some hybernation kicked back days coming up...I just love those days

    tann, I know...im trying...im in a funk...lol... 20 oz orange water 35 oz water (so far) 20 oz grape water 8 oz chocolate whey (breakfast) 1/2 cup chicken salad and 2 mini carrots (lunch) dinner (dont know yet, my son wants to buy us dinner) 13 runs and 21 walks for my workout (im tired) a good thing for me...i went to get sized for new uniforms today after work..he handed me a size that i thought was going to be too big but smaller than the last and a size that was too small from what I was asking for in pants and told me to judge if the size in the middle was what I wanted...and brought me 2 x sizes smaller in my shirt which was a x smaller than what I asked for but 2 x sizes smaller than what I was in....and guess what, I walked out of that dressing room with both the shirt and the pants on...the shirt fit perfectly and the pants were a little snug, but I got them on which was a concern for me...so I have now gone from a 4 x shirt to a XL (I dropped my jaw) and a 52 tight 50 waist mens pants into a 40 waist...my friend was in the next dressing room and she came out to see me and thought I would be crying by this point and it was time for her jaw to drop now..lol...she said oh my god ang, you look great and there is actually a butt under there...(here we go with the butt thing again) lol...so i left there feeling pretty good...i know the pants are going to be terrible to begin with, but I wanted some tight now so they will fit me longer in the long run....of course we only get to order every 6 months, so I have my fingers crossed!!!
