I was just wanting to check in and let everyone know that yall are doing so good...I am proud of each and every one of you...I know its a daily struggle for us all...I had to take my son to see his nutritionist yesterday and while I was there I went ahead and asked her about the m/e diet and she was totally against it for me...Something about nutritional values, consitipation and colon cancer risks...I am still considering trying it, because all I would have to do is take plenty of vitamins and make sure that I continue to do #2 every day or every other day...I just want the pounds to come off and it seems that everyone that is on it is doing so great with their loss...And I really appriciate everyone that is doing it posting what they are eating...I will be right there with yall come Monday probably...Everyone keep on trucking

I was wondering if you made your own egg drop soup?? If so, how are you making it?

Sounds pretty much straight forward....I am going to have to pick a day to start with yall...I am scheduled for a fill on Friday so I am afraid to start anything new right now....So, I am going to watch yalls menu and get some good ideas to start with on Monday when I am allowed to eat again...So send me some good stuff...lol

So, does it matter how much meat you eat during the meal or are you keeping it pretty limited too? Im sorry about all the questions?

Thank yall so much for doing this for me....So basically what yall are doing is whatever you make for dinner for the family or whatever you just eat the meat part and no veggies or nothing on the side....Just the meat or just an egg? And yall do this for about 4-5 days then go back and get some veggies for a couple days right?? This sounds doable....I appriciate you doing this, I just needed to see what yall were eating

Thank you Tann....I am just interested to see if its something that I can actually do at the same time while having to cook for 2 other people at home...Like just make a regular meal and be able to just eat the meat or the egg part of the meal...For me, there is no making me a seperate meal cuz it just wastes too much food and we cant afford that...But I am curious...So, thank you again

I would really like to see like a daily menu for about a week on what yall are eating on the m/e diet if you dont mind...I know that i might be asking alot...It sounds interesting to me and I just want to see what it actually consists of...I understand the meat and eggs of course, but in my mind there is only so much you can do with that without adding alot of carbs....And no veggies?? Can someone SPLAIN it to me...I saw the earlier post from Tann explaining egg salad, deviled eggs and stuff like that...I just want to see the other stuff too...PRETTY PLEASE

I am really happy for you...That is great...I have about 27 more lbs to go to get to where I was when my DH and I met 14 years ago....But I still have about 60 to go to be where I was in high school....I have a little ways to go yet, I am about half way there

I thought that I would go ahead and check in for my weekly weigh in...I have a total loss of .5 lbs after fighting for the same 2 lbs for a couple week...I expected to be a couple lbs heavier after my weekend and ended up .5 lb lighter...So, good for me...Starting my workout again on Monday and hopefully that will turn everything around for me

Hugs to everyone...I appriciate each and everyone of yall.... I am on vacation day today so I guess that I will check in just for kicks...lol 1 egg drop on a piece of wheat toast with shredded cheese (breakfast) dont know what made me do it or even think of it...I just broke open an egg and dropped it into some boiling water and let it cook...Was pretty good...Guess it was healthier than trying to fry or scramble it...lol 1 chili enchilada and 1 chicken enchilada (lunch) has leftovers from dinners this past week and trying to get rid of them... Expected dinner will probably be just a salad for me...Im stuffed right now Getting in plenty of liquids today and always have a bottle beside me drinking it down Planning on mowing the dang yard after I pick up my son for school so I guess that will count as a little bit of a workout for me today

Im here!! And a couple more pounds are here with me...lol...I just have been so discouraged lately with my progress and have gotten kinda slack when it comes to my workout due to the loss, but I am here and I see that everyone is doing so wonderful now... Teresita, I have said it once and I will say it again...You are DA QUEEN!!! There are so many people on here that I am just so proud of... Its just not the same coming on here and sharing my story if its just so negative right now and everyone else is doing so great...So, I have been waiting till I had a positive thing to say about my band before I come back...But I am here and am watching everyones wonderful progress... I am giving myself a break right now and am starting hard core on Monday, but I just feel like I need a little rest from stressing over everything that I eat and rushing home to work out...So, I took a week break just for myself to kick back and enjoy life...But like I said, Monday I am back in full gear and ready to go!!

Tann, I just dont see how in the world you do it girl....Your too hard core for me....Ok, I will go for 10 lbs by Mothers Day...That will take me to 236.5...I will be lucky to achieve that but I will work my butt off trying

And for my weigh in today, it stayed the same...Still at 66, which is good cuz I usually gain on my weekend and I figured I would be up a couple lbs...I am happy this time to keep it the same

Naw, I never put him on it...His godmother actually bought me some to try and after taking them for about a month I couldnt really tell any difference but his nutritionist says that it takes several months of taking them to be able to tell a drastic difference...But I cant afford that much money each month just for Vitamins... I am glad that you are losing again, that is wonderful news...I know that it can be very depressing being on a plateau!! Keep losing girl!

I just thought that I would check in...Its been a few days since I told everyone hello...I miss being able to come and share my good news so I have been kinda missing in action lately, but thought I would just check in for today since my weigh in is tomorrow...I refuse to move my ticker back in the wrong direction so if it stays the same so did I or it didnt go well...lol today:1/2 a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich (breakfast) tuna sandwich on toasted wheat (lunch, and it tasted wonderful) planned dinner that is going to kill me is homemade chili and cheese enchiladas for the family...Im going to try to be good I know that I have been doing good with my water, I just havent been keeping much track of it today and havent worked out now in 3 days...I have just been lazy, but promise to get back on track come monday

Good for you!!! Way to go on the loss...I am excited for you...Its not an easy road that we have chosen but its what works for us!! Alot of people just dont understand that having this surgery is not the easy way out cuz its still alot of work

Alas, I gained half a pound overnight!!! I was losing everyday there for a while and now its being a very bad band again!!! I guess I need to threaten it with another fill to get it scared straight again

Just checking in for the day cuz i dont know if i will get back later or not last night I ended up having a snack, cut up banana slices with melted peanut butter drizzled on top...It was wonderful... 20 oz orange water 30 oz water 8 oz chocolate whey (breakfast) 2 chicken egg rolls (lunch) dont quite know about dinner yet but it wont be much planning on running the yard with my son again today, will "try" to get back later to add my number of laps before passing out I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day

Today: 20 oz orange water 8 oz chocolate whey (breakfast) 1 cup fruit parfait (lunch) meat patty with a slice of cheese (planned dinner) 12 runs and 17 walks around the yard (trying to stay ahead of my son that keeps trying to out do me)

Ok people!!!!! I got a new ticker...I am so excited!!! Taking into consideration me same few lbs that I kept gaining and losing that puts me at a 5 lb loss for this past week....I hope that it continutes...I really need to be at about 70 lbs before our new uniforms come in or I am going to be miserable...Wish me lots of luck...Sending lots of hugs to everyone

I always try to think of a room or area that needs a quick clean up....Or going around picking up clothes that the boys throw around...But I have been doing good all week with my food until today...My husband bought me 2 yogart parfaits from Mcdonalds for breakfast (of course I ate them both)...Then I went to the store and bought stuff to make some home made ones for a couple lunches this week...I found some things on the canned fruit isle that already have the fruit and yogart in a cup so I bought those and some granola to go on top...So, I had a mini parfait for lunch and an egg roll...And we are planning ribs, baked beans, egg salad for dinner...I already know that I cant do well eating ribs and this is a good thing...So I might be most of 1 down and a little egg salad...I have been getting so full so fast lately so I never know from meal to meal how I am going to do...So we will see...Still keeping my fingers crossed for my weigh in tomorrow....Even tho I feel like I have done bad today I guess I really havent cuz if you break it down its only yogart, fruit, couple pinches of granola and a chicken egg roll...But the scale might decide different tomorrow
