Let me go ahead and do most of my check in for today so far 45 ounces of water 20 ounces of green tea with honey and lemon 8 ounces chocolate whey (breakfast) 4.5 ounces of salad with shredded turkey and cheese, light ranch (lunch) 2 ounces of salad and half a pork chop (planned dinner) 35 minutes workout on the gazelle (planned workout that will get done when i get home from work)

Yep, and I am praying for the 100's one day too...I will be totally happy with anything under 200...My surgeon actually gave me a figure on what I ought to be able to lose with the band and it was still over 200...I refuse to think that I cant lose anymore than what he estimated

Oh I know oakiefamily....That scale drives me crazy...I have been trying for months to get rid of my bad habit of weighing in every day but its got me hooked...I am suprised that I was able to wait 3 days before I weighed in this time...That in itself was an accomplishment...lol...I have a set of scales at work that I keep an official weigh in on, so its here staring me in the face each morning, afternoon and evening...lol

Well, I would add a line like yours with all of the weight loss and measurements and stuff but my signature line wont save anything more than what I put on it due to all the extra space in there...Says all that blank space counts as used characters....But anyways, started at 312.5 and now at 259.5

Thanks Bandida!! I keep telling myself that its not that bad... And I was trying to stay off the scale until Sunday for a weekly weigh in instead of every day, but I thought I had been doing so good that I wanted to see how much I had lost...lol...Dang thing was suppose to move the opposite direction! I am so thankful for this site and being able to get out what is bothering me and being able to hear those amazing words of encouragement to keep me going...This post alone gives me the strength to carry on and continue what I have been and need to be doing! So I want to thank everyone on here for being here for everyone and sharing your experiences for us all to view

I am going to go ahead and check in and say that I weighed in this morning and I gained 1/2 a lb...Im not going to let it get to me because I know that I have been doing the right thing and working hard at everything...Its still depressing, but I wont let it discourage me!!

Lapbandfan, I havent heard of green tea actually helping with weight loss...I just read about the antioxidants in it and thought that it could only help health wise...Plus I found some in the powder packs that mix into my water bottles that have 0 calories and the extra taste really helps me with my water intake...

Josette, I love my gazelle!!! I was wondering how long you are spending on yours at a time and what speed your going at...I do pretty good at 30-35 minutes at an average of 2.2-2.5...I have decided to stop keeping track of my distance and just do my 30-35 minutes tho

Good to see you back Lapbandfan...I know its going to be hard to keep going if the scales arent moving or if they move in the wrong direction...I have been reminded many times of this and it is very depressing...We just have to pick ourselves up and move forward knowing that these things are going to happen...I speak from the heart to you, to everyone and mostly to myself!! Everyone is just so encouraging on this post..I just totally love it all and what it stands for...my check in today so far is 20 ounces of green tea 8 ounces of chocolate whey protein 1 tbsp of peanut butter small salad with shredded cheese and a couple pieces of crab on top 45 ounces of water I had a small problem getting down the first couple bites of lunch today but waited a few minutes and started again..My first meal since my fill and its going to take some getting use to

I am really discouraged today...After being on liquids since Thursday night due to getting a fill Friday morning I have only lost 1 lb...I was hoping for just a little bit more than that...And I have been really good and have done my 30 minutes working out every day this week (even when I thought I didnt want to, I would end up doing it anyways)...But I start on my solids today and am just kinda scared to go thru the entire learning process of a new fill

Ok, I dont get it!!! I have been on liquids since Thursday night and here it is Sunday and all I lost was 1 lb total for all of that!! I was just so sure that I would lose about 2-3 lbs during that phase...Oh well, I will take it as it comes but that sure is discouraging

So far so good with my 4th fill...Of course I am still on liquids and they seem to be going down good...I have truely dedicated myself to lowering and seriously watching my portion intake and we will see how it goes once I start on solids tomorrow...So far it looks like I might have lost a little weight with me being on liquids since Thursday night...I even have lowered my standards and went and bought some diet salad dressing (man, I hate the taste of those)...and whats even worse I bought some diet mayo too (and thats just as bad)...We will see what I can accomplish and will do an official weigh in in the morning for my week...I dont plan on working out again till Monday afternoon or maybe even Sunday afternoon when I get home from work to give myself a needed break...I have been working out hard this week and my body is sore and is screaming for a break but it wont get much of one before it has to get on that god forsaken machine again!!! But I have a new mindset and am staying as low as I can on my calories and drinking lots of fluids...Im gonna be good, Im gonna be good
