As far as some measurments...The only thing that I have been keeping track of in the past is my waist so far....I started out at a 50-51 inch waist and am now at a good 42 inches!!! Today is going to be a strange day for me...It seems that my 11 year old son decided to take after his mother with the weight stuff...He was diagnosed around Christmas with border line diabetes and today I am picking him up early from school for his first appointment with his endocronologist (spelling?, diabetic specialist)...His life may change forever after todays appointment...They actually have an in house nutritionist, so I am really interested to see what he has to say for myself too!

Since I go thru so many at a time I buy the Kroger brand that comes in the little to go pouches...They are just right for my water bottles PS: The green tea with honey and lemon in the lipton to go pouches are better than the kroger brand tho...But I love the peach tea kroger brand and just deal with the green tea in that brand too since its cheaper...But they come in all different flavors...My surgeon told me on my last visit that anything that starts out water based and low calorie counts as a water intake...So, I do alot better when I can flavor it up some

And I remeber my first fill being like yours...You expect alot more than what you get, but its for the best that way so they can ease you into the perfect fill...Trust me, being under filled is alot better than being over filled...You just get use to the band getting tighter a little at a time so you and your body can get use to it...Trust me, you will feel it alot more each time you go...:hungry:

Avilla can you share your secret, you always do so good with your water. There is not really a secret to it...I drink my 20 ounces of peach tea or green tea on my way to work and wont get out of the car till I finish it...When I get to work I fill my 30 ounce cup with water and drink it and have a goal to finish it before I leave for lunch...When I am lunch I refill it and drink as much as I can before I leave for the day...Plus it helps alot that I am talking on the radio all day and my my mouth gets very dry and irritated...I never really get to post what my water intake is when I get home, but usually have another 20-40 ounces of green tea or peach tea right when I get home and always have a water bottle sitting right next to me in the evening...My sink is always full of bottles needing to be refilled!!! I get lots of fluids....Wish I did as good on food as I did on my water...lol...I just plan ahead and make certain rules to be done with a certain amount by a certain time and my brain has adjusted to it and craves it now..I know, I am a total nut job!!

Ok, today was a true test...Every other Thursday night is Pizza Hut night for the family...So tonight I had for dinner: medium size salad with light ranch 2 parmasean garlic chicken wings toppings off 1 piece of breakfast bacon and hamburger meat pizza... It was all really good, but I am totally miserable now...That is my cheat day for the next 2 weeks!! Im done, now heading back to the wagon that I fell off of!

You just sound so inspiring and so energetic since you moved to your new building at work and are able to work out...I am just so happy for you girl!!!Keep up that wonderful work and watch it all just melt away!!! That 100 lbs is getting alot closer and will sneak up on you before you know it

Bandida, I wish you all the luck in the world tomorrow...Your going to be a bandster tomorrow!!! My check in for today: 8 ounces of chocolate whey (breakfast) 1.5 cup salad with shredded cheese and a few pieces of crab on top, with light ranch dressing(lunch) dinner (unknown at this point) 20 ounces peach tea 50 ounces of water (so far) Im doing it!!!!!!!

Josette, I am with Teresita on the sarcastic part...Some husbands just have a tendancy to use it at the absolute wrong time or conversation..Sorry about you all having problems...Sometimes I get so aggrivated at mine that I could just strangle him, but then there would be the entire problem of where I would get that extra income if he was gone so I loosen my hands a little from his neck...lol

As far as my positive attitude speach for today!!!! I know that its a new day and we are all going to do today proud!!! We are going to do whats right for our bodys by drinking all our water and eating right and doing some movement today that counts!! We are all wonderful and beautiful people regardless on how we feel about ourselves at times!! We will stand proud today as we stand up all together in a group toast promising to better ourselves with our bottles of water all extended to towards eachother!! My god give us all a blessed day and give us all the patience to make it thru another one regardless of the obstacles that come our way!!! We all deserve the best and healthiest day that we can have!! I think that I am done...But I appriciate each and every person on this board...It just bring tears to my eyes to see how everyone sticks together in their time of need

I didnt get the tantrum out the way that I really wanted to yesterday...I got home after working all day and and found messages for me from our insurance company about my dh's wreck that he had...I had told him to get it taken care of first thing in the morning so that if they needed anything faxed I could do it while im at work since i sit next to a fax machine for 8 hours a day...But of course he didnt call...I text him a mean message and he came hope upset...Long and short of it, I ended up getting out last night looking for a fax machine to send them a mapped out drawing...So I did have my tantrum, but just not the one I had planned...I am hoping for a better day today On a better note, I did get in all my water yesterday and ate really good and measured out everything that I ate

So true so true..My cravings are diet cherry vanilla dr pepper and chocolate covered peanuts...Just love them...I have a 12 pack in the kitchen right now and I have caved in here and there and had a few but I found myself having to drink it very little at a time or I felt like my pouch was full of air and for that reason I am hesitant to drink much of one...But those chocolate peanuts are another story all together!!!

Yep, you will probably be in the time out corner with me!! That mean ole Teresita!! (giggle giggle) Like I said, we all fall off the wagon a little here and there...We cant totally give up living or what would life be worth!! Girl, all of us fall off the wagon from time to time...Whats important is that we get back on and keep going....What would life be without a occasional browing, piece of candy or a break from working out???Everyone is here for you and dont be so down on yourself...Your doing wonderful

My low down for today: 20 ounces of 0 calorie peach tea 8 ounces strawberry whey (breakfast) 4.5 ounces of salad with shredded turkey and cheese on top with lite ranch dressing (lunch) 52 ounces of water (so far) 3 chicken nuggets with 1 tbsp spighetti sauce and .25 cups of mozzerella cheese on top and a small ear of corn (the poor peoples chicken parmasean) (planned dinner) 35 minutes on the gazelle (planned for sure today) and I dont know how, but I am actually a half pound lighter than when I weighed in this morning...I hope that loss stays with me till morning!!

Oh hes fine...Just hurt his pride I think...Its just one of those little minor set backs that we all have to go thru and the pain of dealing with the insurance companys..But thanks for asking, that was sweet

Back at ya girl!!! Mine just fluctuates so bad there is just no telling from 1 day to another what my weight is going to be. Wish I had a chrystal ball or something! I dont want to think about mine too hard or I might turn around and find what I thought I had lost..lol

I am going to go ahead and confess to not making it to my workout yesterday. I had all intentions of doing so but by the time I got home I had such a migraine that I went to lay down when I got home. I begged my dh to go and get me some meds at the store and on his way home got into a small fender bender so I felt terrible due to him running a begged errand for me at the time. But I will be back on track today hopefully! I am hoping to keep the migraine under control and working out only makes it start throbbing to no end...On a good note, I lost the .5 lb that I had gained and lost another .5...So today I am at 54 lbs
