Honestly, like you were saying about making sure you are really hungry before you eat I follow the same rule. I have to make sure I listen to my stomach. One thing I have to check when I start feeling hunger pains is if I am just thirsty or am I really hungry. I basically eat breakfast and lunch. Then, in between my meals I will eat a snack and make sure that I have enough fluids to drink. After, my lunch I will eat a snack. So I guess, I eat 4 to 5 small meals a day.
