So, how did the fill go? After reading several posts I came to the understanding that weight loss before having your fill is a bonus. I haven't lost any additional weight as well and actually I continue to go up and down 1 or 2 pounds. But after my fill today I look forward to restriction and I anticipate seeing changes going forward. Don't push yourself! I am 33 and have been thick since high school so I don't expect all of those years of thickness (LOL) to go away over night. It will happen. My problem is transforming my mind during meals and remembering that I don't need to clean the plate. That has been difficult but my plan to that is to ask for a take out box and put half in the box immediately. There is definitely a lot of work (mentally and physically) but we can do it.
