Okay! I understand where you are coming from. I thought I would lose a lot faster too. But, I have to be honest so far I have lost 14 lbs. in 2 and half weeks. I couldn't do that on my own. I just have to learn to be patient with myself. I also have to learn to remember a pound here and a pound there adds up eventually. What I have been doing is thanking God for every pound I have lost. Lets keep each other encouraged and keep moving forward with this thing.
