Thats great...16 down is wonderful...Im so scared that my weigh loss is going to completly stop because now that I have moved myself on to mushies i cant put the damn mash potatoes down!! Im glad your working out, but I cant do any more than 20 min and I dont know why?!?! I swear I was one of those "healthy" big girls and would be at the gym 2 hours a day when I was 314 now I cant even make it 20 min without wanting to sit my ass down...I really feel fat now.. What type of work outs do you find yourself doing?
