Hello "09" what's up? I got your message. I have another office visit on 6/15/09. I went on yesterday because I was contacted by dr.s office that I am suppose to proceed with, but not I am having 2nd thoughts about this particular place in texas. I was told that they have none of my paperwork and it has been misplaced or lost, so... I had to redo all that stuff online. I orginally turn all my stuff in at the siminar I attended. I am considering going to another dr. and start over. I am really pissed off right now. Have you been approved yet? Im not worried about getting approved, it the office staff that I am worried about they all seem dumb founded and I am getting a bad vibe. Gotta Go Keep in touch...
