    Sleepless Nights...Need Advice

I held the pillow against my stomach to support it, but you'll soon figure out what works best for you! With the 2nd pillow behind my back, I could roll backwards a bit if I needed to move, but the pillow kept me from going flat on my back.

    Sleepless Nights...Need Advice

I can't sleep on my back, so I laid on my side with a pillow behind my back and held a pillow tightly to my stomach. The pillow on the stomach gave me enough support to fall asleep. I did wake up a lot, but at least I got "some" sleep. Good luck!

    Sports Bra recommendations?

Enell - the boobies will not move.....
  5. Razorgirl, I don't think the green bean and egg will do any harm, even though we DO all know we are supposed to follow the doctor's guidelines. I would imagine this is a cakewalk compared to stopping the heroine. Just take one day at a time and try to make good decisions. I think we all have "moments" where craving wins the battle. We just have to limit it. Good luck on your journey and congrats on overcoming one addiction!

    My Pantyhose keep rolling down...

You mean pantyhose aren't supposed to roll down? Who knew!!! I especially like the way the crotch keeps sliding down until it's at my knees and I can't walk. Good luck in your journey!

    Protein

I hated the shakes as well. The one I could tolerate the longest was the Isopure diluted with lots of Water and drink it throughout the day. Good luck - I truly believe the liquids/shake phase was the hardest part of the journey. I guess it's one last way to test your determination.

    Flourescent light fixture?
  9. Mimi, the bad underwire experience was due to a poorly fitting bra. With the Trista, I humiliated myself by asking for assistance from the bra people that work in Dillards. If I'm spending that much on a bra, it's going to fit perfectly, and it did. I couldn't pull this bra up without unhooking it if I tried. The side boobies are firmly encapsulated in the cup - right where they ought to be. Ask for help if you try them on to make sure it fits perfectly! It was embarrassing to admit I was that big, but it's better than never having a bra fit right because I was too stubborn to try on an F cup! (F cup in this bra is equal to a DDD in others)
  10. I don't think so, but if you get the correct size, it will fit so well that you'll never notice the wires - at least I don't. It's one of those things that you have to try one, then get used to having that much support. Hefts the boobies right back up where they are supposed to be!!!
  11. I'm glad I'm not the only one! I finally decided that if Oprah recommends something, I should at least TRY it! That's how I wound up with the Trista for daily wear and the Enell sports bra. Neither is particularly pretty, but they certainly get the job done!
  12. Here's what I know for sure - if this goes on too long, your band will get irritated and you will have to be completely unfilled and start the filling process over from scratch. Been there, done that - and I won't let it happen again. Call your doc before you have to be unfilled or worse - hospitalized for dehydration.

    A color wheel?
  14. Is it like actually throwing up, or is it just sort of burping up? Either way, you need to call your doc. My doc told me that if I got a stomach bug, to call right away for meds. Throwing up is very hard on your band. If you're just burping it up, then your band may be too tight and you need to be unfilled. Either way, the doc should be consulted. I hope you feel better soon!

Looks identical to the side of the file cabinet outside my door. Are you lurking in my office somewhere?

Ohh.. good guess.. I think you're right!
  17. Look into the LeMystere Trista bra. I get them from Dillards. They are not budget friendly, but they are worth every penny. I think they are about $70 each. I have a couple that I've had for over 3 years, and they are holding up well. Since I've lost some weight, they are too big in the cup, but I'm wearing them anyway until I can go down 2 sizes. You'll have to try on several since they are sized funny - no DD cup, it's an E instead.
