  1. I think Chardonnay might be your answer. As far as calories and carbs it's one of the lowest. Stay away from the mixed drinks, fruit drinks and definitly anything that is frozen. However you might really reevaluate why you drink so much on the weekends. Seriously, you can still have a good time without a LOT of booze.

    Had to share!

I don't know if this is a dieters myth but if you are on a consistant level of calories, carb and fat intakes during weight loss, a little blip here and there is pretty much ignored by the body. Your worst enemy is your MIND. Don't psych yourself out with a few indulgences - in fact it's good to have them but it's not an excuse to give up.

    fainted during fill

Whoa baby, you need to go see a professional or at least someone who knows how to find the port. The procedure should be a mild little prick and then a little pressure. It should not require any kind of numbing. Depending on where you get a fill - you might get Barium and a Fluoroscope and testing to see if the barium flows; maybe some adjustments and they take the needle out. Then a band-aid and it a little sit in the waiting area drinking a bottle of Water (got to double check that water goes down); then two days of soft food. If your fill place is not following something like this you might consier switching.

Why did you need lidocaine? The injection for the most part is pretty painless - I watch them do it; but then again I've given blood a lot of over the years and I watch that too.
  5. Wow, I'm so glad I went with Dr. Spivak. I'm going to get another fill tomorrow - it's been 1 year since my first fill and I need a little tightening to jump start the next phase of dieting!
